→ How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our LA fulfilment centre.
→ Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All US orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. We ship from Los Angeles, so California orders often arrive faster than estimated.
→ What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you're not completely happy with your unicorn, contact us and we'll arrange a return or exchange — no questions asked.
→ Are the plushies safe for babies?
All our plushies are made with hypoallergenic, non-toxic materials. For children under 12 months, we recommend our smaller, simpler designs with embroidered features and no detachable parts.
→ Can I get gift wrapping?
Every order already comes beautifully boxed and ribbon-wrapped at no extra charge. It's gift-ready straight out of the box — no wrapping needed. We can also include a personalised message card.
→ Do you do bulk / wholesale orders?
Yes! We work with boutiques, gift shops, and event planners across the US. Email us at partnerships@unicornstuffedanimal.com with your enquiry and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
